My role as a Training and HR Practitioner involves designing and delivering bespoke training programmes to help professionals develop skills in areas such as leadership development, emotional intelligence, effective communication, collaboration, self-awareness, assertiveness and other interpersonal and intrapersonal skills which are important for effective teamwork. As a qualified psychometrician, I also specialise in supporting personal, professional, and team development through the assessment and interpretation of various psychometrics, including personality, ability, and emotional intelligence assessments. I also assist companies with optimising their selection and recruitment processes by providing support and guidance with regards to candidates’ competencies, strengths, and areas for development. Furthermore, I support HR projects in order to support the development and refinement of processes within the entire employee lifecycle.
