With over twenty-five years’ experience in top management positions, I consider myself a people’s person with sound leadership abilities, developed over many years of managing people at all levels within the HORECA industry, followed by my current six-year tenure in operations and human resource management, at Oxford House.

I consider myself as a calm and collected strategic thinker with extensive experience in business planning and problem-solving skills. Through analytical thinking with a sound understanding of the complexities surrounding an organisation, and active listening, I can deliver a message clearly and succinctly, inspiring people in diverse teams to reach their full potential.
