I joined CSB Group in 2009 and have since developed extensive experience within the corporate services industry, gaining a strong understanding of Maltese corporate structures, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Today, as Senior Manager – Business Development, I serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients seeking to establish and expand their business presence in Malta.

In my current role, I am responsible for guiding clients through the company incorporation process and advising on the overarching practical considerations associated with starting a business in Malta.

Acting as the first point of contact for corporate enquiries received by CSB Group, I assist clients in understanding the company registration framework, applicable corporate law requirements and the procedural steps necessary to establish and maintain compliant corporate structures.

Drawing on my extensive industry experience and in-depth knowledge of Malta's corporate landscape, I work closely with clients to identify their needs and coordinate the appropriate corporate, regulatory and support services required to facilitate a smooth and efficient setup process.
