Business Profile

My role within Trade Malta is to support management and other colleagues by producing informed analysis and generating insights into national and international trends relevant to our mission and to the welfare of our clients.

I have published various papers, particularly on Malta’s economic development in the 20th century, as well as a book on the history of the Malta Development Corporation/Malta Enterprise to mark its 50th anniversary.

For several years, I was a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta, most recently delivering courses on the economic history of Malta in the 19th and 20th centuries, and on Maltese industry.
