I have been practicing law for over 10 years. I developed Malta’s only firm focusing on pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare law and was involved in the drafting of Malta’s medical cannabis regulations and guidelines. My work for multinational private and publicly listed companies and institutions includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on market access, licensing, marketing authorisations, pricing and reimbursement, regulatory compliance, advertising and labelling, pharmacovigilance and intellectual property. I am licensed to practice law in Malta and New York.
