A lawyer with 20 years' experience, I practise principally within the financial services and corporate regulatory fields, and am also very active in asset finance as well as mergers and acquisitions work, having acted for international financial institutions and corporate groups in the acquisition of stakes in the largest listed or regulated corporate groups with Maltese affiliates.

I hold directorships and regulated roles with financial service licence holders, leveraging experience gained as inhouse counsel with international investment management firms.
