Business Profile

I am a career tourism professional and a warranted accountant. I currently serve as Co-CEO of Robert Arrigo & Sons Limited, an incoming agency primarily focused on business-to-business clients across both traditional distribution channels and the online market, delivering authentic, high-quality holidays in Malta. I also sit on the global Board of Directors of MTS Globe, a leading international destination management company, and serve as a director of a three-star hotel in Malta.

I obtained my undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta in 2005. After many years working in the tourism industry, I completed a Master of Arts in International Hospitality and Tourism Experience Management in 2021, graduating with Distinction.

A significant part of my work is dedicated to improving Malta's tourism ecosystem through my involvement with the Council of The Malta Chamber and the Federated Association of Travel and Tourism Agents (FATTA). I regularly participate in discussions with public and private stakeholders and speak at tourism conferences, advocating for high-quality visitor experiences across the Maltese Islands. Alongside my industry roles, I also contribute to academia by teaching and supervising undergraduate students on a part-time basis at the University of Malta.
