Business Profile
Having joined Melita in 2003 at quite a young age, I have occupied various positions within Customer Care/Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Internal Audit and the Projects Management function, before being appointed Head of Customer Experience in August 2019. My main responsibility is to create, manage and execute the customer experience strategy of the Company to continuously improve the experience of existing and potential customers. I am an avid believer in teamwork and strongly believe that the success of an organisation comes from a team who loves what they do and they have fun doing it!
From an academic perspective, I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking, Finance and Management from the University of Malta and attended the CTAM Europe Executive Management Programme at INSEAD.
