Having joined Melita in 2003, I have occupied various positions in Customer Care, Human Resources, Finance and Internal Audit before being appointed Head of Customer Experience in August 2019 with responsibility for continuously improving the experience of existing and potential customers.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce, Banking, Finance and Management degree from the University of Malta and attended the CTAM Europe Executive Management Programme at INSEAD.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and playing squash.
