I joined Melita in 2003 at quite a young age, occupying various positions within Customer Care, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Internal Audit and the Projects Management function, before being appointed Head of Customer Experience in August 2019.
As Head of one of Melita’s busiest functions, my responsibility is to create, manage and execute Melita’s customer experience strategy, with the aim of continuously improving the experience of existing and potential customers.
I am an enthusiastic advocate for quality in the customer journey, working with my team to ensure excellence from the first touchpoint to ongoing support.
As an avid believer in teamwork, I strongly believe that the success of an organisation comes from a team who loves what they do and has fun doing it!
I have a B. Comm. in Banking, Finance and Management from the University of Malta and have attended the CTAM Europe Executive Management Programme at INSEAD.
