I have been involved in English Language Teaching for the past 29 years, starting with a B.Ed (Hons) English course and further certifications including CELTA, Dip TESOL, and an MSc in Educational Management in TESOL from Aston University.

I played a pivotal role in introducing TOEFL iBT in Malta and served as the Test Centre Administrator until 2020. My career includes roles as Director of Studies and General Manager at ELA, as well as a brief stint in Higher Education as Operations Manager before transitioning back to EFL.

My involvement with professional associations such as MATEFL and FELTOM, as well as delivering workshops for the ELT Council and MATEFL, reflects my commitment to the industry.
