As an educational leader, I am deeply committed to creating spaces where both students and teachers can excel. My journey in education began over two decades ago, but in 2021, I opened my first childcare centre, driven by a passion for nurturing young minds and providing a safe, enriching environment for children. It quickly became clear to me that there was a significant gap in our society – a shortage of well-trained childcare educators who could provide the high-quality care our children deserve. This realisation inspired me to take the next step: I opened an institute dedicated to offering comprehensive courses for carers. My goal is to equip future childcare professionals with the skills, knowledge, and compassion needed to make a lasting impact on children's lives and meet the growing demand for qualified educators in our community.
