I began my working life at a very young age within my father’s sole-trading business, where I was exposed to all facets of running an enterprise. While this experience gave me a strong foundation, I soon realised that to truly match my ambitions and continue to challenge myself, I wanted to be part of a larger organisation. Fino more than fulfilled those aspirations.

I joined the company in a junior clerical role and progressively involved myself across multiple areas of the business, ultimately progressing to my current role leading operations. In addition, I am actively involved in the company’s overseas ventures.

The values that drive me personally are closely aligned with those of the company. At Fino, we pride ourselves on being leaders in our field and on continually striving for higher standards and superior service in everything we do. Leadership is an ongoing challenge – one that requires not only maintaining excellence, but also creating, innovating, and pushing boundaries. It is this challenge that continues to motivate both the company and myself.
