I have spent my career bringing talented people and ambitious businesses together. After more than a decade working in international recruitment and the gaming sector, I co-founded Exacta Solutions in Malta in 2019. As Commercial Director, I lead our recruitment work across global iGaming and technology markets, supporting companies as they build teams, enter new territories and navigate change.

What motivates me most is the human side of business: understanding what people want to achieve, earning their trust and creating introductions that lead to long-term success. My experience spans casino, sportsbook, poker, slots and technical development, but I believe strong relationships matter just as much as industry expertise. I am naturally entrepreneurial, enjoy exploring emerging markets and take pride in helping individuals and businesses realise their potential.
