I have served as a Director of Medserv plc since 2001 and of Medserv Operations Ltd since 1997.

As Executive Board Chairman, I provide overall strategic direction and insights and, together with the Board, draw up the organisation’s long term strategy, goals and objectives.

I held senior posts in the public and private sectors, am past President of the Malta Federation of Industry and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of CommBank Europe Ltd in 2012.
