I am a scientist by academic training and have a Doctorate degree in organic chemistry. I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 17 years, initially in R&D roles and, subsequently, in higher managerial roles. Today, I hold the position of Head of Malta Operations at Medichem and Combino Pharm, where I am responsible for the operation of the two pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, dedicated to active pharmaceutical ingredients and solid oral finished dosage forms respectively.
