As Chief Customer Experience Officer of the automotive division since July 2019, I am primarily responsible for the continuous improvement of the business, customer experience and added value projects. I focus on the interlink between day-to-day operations and business processes with the aim of improving efficiency in terms of speed, cost-effectiveness and quality.
