Business Profile

In the local sphere, the profile of the client base I lead is usually large/medium sized family businesses and companies in the manufacturing, technology, hotel, and pharmaceutical industry as well as a number of public interest entities. I advise these clients on various taxation matters including incentives available to companies operating in different industries, succession planning, group restructuring, capital gains issues, financing structures, and real estate transactions. I advise a number of international clients on taxation matters too, in particular in relation to the setting up of corporate structures to invest in Malta or in foreign countries. I have also been involved in various tax due diligence engagements and have experience in private individual taxation as well.
