As CEO I oversee the effective and efficient functioning of the company as a lucrative business, and moreover strive to maintain the highest standards of production of quality wine. Together with an outstanding technical team and committed employees who share my passion, I lead the winery to further explore the traditional styles of wine and aim to improve on previous achievements. Whilst dealing with the global market challenges and local agriculture concerns, I focus on the future by investing in the family vineyards and modernising technologically the winery to increase efficiency, quality and ultimately more successful Marsovin vintages for more generations to enjoy.
