As Joint-Managing Director and a second-generation owner of Laferla, I am actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the Group’s operations, with our core focus being the insurance business headquartered in Valletta.

At 19, I became one of the youngest individuals globally to qualify as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) in the UK. I officially joined the family business in 2010, bringing with me a strong emphasis on brand development and a dedication to maintaining Laferla’s long-standing reputation for exceptional customer service.

I work closely with our corporate clients, with a particular focus on delivering professional, personalised solutions. I also play a key role in driving the Group’s expansion into new sectors and international markets. Most recently, I’ve been involved in the launch of Laferla’s new digital tools, including a customer-centric fintech app designed to simplify the way individuals manage their insurance needs – part of our broader commitment to digital transformation.

Beyond Laferla, I am the Co-Founder and Director of a company operating across the aviation, maritime, and engineering sectors.

I am a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, and a passionate private pilot.
