Since 2019, I have been occupying the role of CTO, standing at the helm to steer our organisation towards innovation and success through transformative strategic IT goals. My main role is to cultivate a robust technical vision by championing our digital business strategies and upholding fluid technology operations. I serve as a pivotal business catalyst, ensuring our technology functions seamlessly and efficiently. I believe that with the ceaseless and rapid pace of technological advancements, the role of the CTO is crucial to maintaining a competitive edge by providing the necessary technology leadership.

In today’s ever-evolving landscape, my role is to craft personalised customer experiences, a responsibility traditionally assigned to marketing. Prior to joining The Convenience Shop, I worked with General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd, holding positions ranging from System Developer to IT Manager. My specialisation includes ERP implementation, MS SQL Server Administration, MS SQL Server Analysis, MS SQL Integrated Services, and C/Side for Navision.
