As Chief Operations Officer at the St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation, I oversee the strategic and operational management of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, a role I have held since 2023. My responsibilities include supervising infrastructure maintenance, coordinating security operations, and leading major maintenance and development initiatives.
Since joining the Foundation in 2018 as an Operations Officer, I have progressed through key leadership roles, including Operations Manager, and have been instrumental in delivering several high-impact projects, such as the new environment control system of the Grand Masters’ Crypt, the Oratory Ceiling, and the clock engine room.
With a professional background spanning over three decades, I bring extensive expertise in governance, project management, and stakeholder engagement. My focus is on safeguarding the architectural and artistic heritage of the Co-Cathedral while enhancing its operational efficiency and visitor experience, ensuring its enduring contribution to cultural preservation and public enrichment.
I have cultivated a robust and multidisciplinary educational foundation, combining technical expertise with advanced knowledge in governance and management. My academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Governance and Management, supported by postgraduate certifications at MQF Level 7. These credentials have deepened my understanding of strategic leadership, organisational governance, and operational efficiency.
