Business Profile

I graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2016 and was called to the Bar in 2017. Before that, I earned my Bachelor of Laws summa cum laude and received academic recognition for two consecutive years during my Doctor of Laws course, including a Dean’s List Award for Best Performance in 2015. My doctoral thesis, which focused on the regulation of live adult entertainment, was awarded a distinction.

My practice covers a wide spectrum of civil, commercial, and corporate law, with particular emphasis on contracts and tort, defamation, insurance, public procurement, property, and planning legislation. I regularly appear before the Courts of Malta, administrative tribunals and boards, as well as the Malta Arbitration Centre.

In addition to litigation, I act as legal counsel to a range of commercial entities, providing ongoing legal support across diverse sectors. My advisory work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, offering guidance on regulatory compliance and industrial and employment-related matters, and providing specialist advice in insurance law.
