I am the CTO and Co-Founder of Fonicom. I have spent over two decades in the field of information technology, with a focus on enterprise IT architecture and software, and have worked as a technologist to develop cutting-edge solutions for a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

I'm passionate about building amazing teams of talented people who are committed to reaching our corporate strategic objectives and propelling themselves to another level. I believe in the power of communication, which is why I'm always striving to learn new techniques to help myself and others improve our interpersonal skills.

The most rewarding thing about my work is watching my team achieve great things together. Working with a group of talented individuals to accomplish something that no one thought possible is a feeling like no other. I have a passion for listening to people, exploring diverse cultures and continuous self-development and education. Many things inspire me: the world, people, experiences, and most importantly the drive to constantly improve myself and others.

I am a visiting lecturer at Pondicherry Engineering College and IFET College, where I hold regular seminars and deliver keynotes on several technology-related topics.

I also play badminton, and love jogging and spending time with my wife and kids.
