Business Profile

I joined DFK Malta’s corporate and tax advisory entities (DFK Malta Tax & Consultancy Limited and DFK Malta Corporate Services Limited) in February 2014 and have been involved in tax advisory work across a wide range of areas. While I mainly specialise in international tax, I also work in corporate services, corporate advisory, and residence advisory services.

I graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2012 after submitting my thesis entitled Double Taxation Relief under Maltese Law: A Comparative Study, and I was admitted to the Maltese Bar in early 2013. I also completed the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Professional Qualification and am a member of the ACCA. In addition, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Management, with specialisations in Accountancy and Management.

Before joining DFK Malta’s advisory entities, I worked at a top-tier law firm for over three years, progressing from trainee to associate while specialising in corporate advisory, corporate finance, and tax advisory. Prior to that, I was employed with DFK Malta, primarily focusing on audit engagements and tax advisory and compliance.

Today, I assist clients by providing corporate and fiscal advice in commercial transactions and restructuring exercises, as well as guidance on residence programmes available under Maltese law. I am also involved in the corporate advisory and support services department.

I was appointed Managing Director of the firm with effect from 1st July 2025.
