I was appointed BOV's Chief Operations Officer, in May 2016, after having joined the Bank as a Change Management Executive in 2015.

My career in the financial services sector spans more than thirty-seven years, during which I held a number of senior executive positions within the business, migrating customers to digital channels and IT.

I am a member of the Executive Committee, the Change Management Committee, the Internal Control & Risk Management Committee, the Product Governance and Pricing Committee, the Change Management Committee and the Incident Management Team.
