I co-founded Exacta Solutions in 2019 after spending many years in executive leadership roles within the recruitment, consulting, and online gaming industries. Since entering the iGaming sector in 2005, I have built a strong international network and developed extensive experience in executive recruitment, business operations, M&A brokerage, and strategic growth advisory.

At Exacta Solutions, I work closely with startups, scale-ups, and established businesses across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and other international markets, helping them grow through talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. I also serve as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director for several companies, including one of the world’s leading social gaming businesses. My approach is centred around building long-term relationships, connecting people and businesses, and creating value through trust, industry expertise, and a highly personalised approach.
