Business Profile

I am the Chief Operating Officer of IDEA Group, a Maltese organisation spanning education, management consulting, healthcare, and medical equipment, including IDEA College, Malta's largest private further and higher education institution. Within IDEA Consulting, I lead advisory work in organisational design, management reviews, corporate training, and the Group's data and AI practice.

My focus is turning strategy into execution: building scalable operating models, strengthening leadership capability, and using evidence rather than opinion to improve a process. My background in artificial intelligence and data science means I can move from the boardroom conversation to execution.

I am currently reading for a Doctorate in Business Administration at Warwick Business School, researching high-performance work practices and the relationship between people, systems, and organisational outcomes. I work with clients and teams across the public and private sectors in Malta and abroad.
