Business Profile

I started playing football at eight and went on to win championships at the highest level in Malta, eventually also representing the national team. It taught me discipline, time management and the value of never giving up.

I studied Business and Computing, then worked in gaming at Betsson (2012-2016) and Gaming Innovation Group (2016-2018), where I was Chief Data Officer. Throughout, I ran Buena Vista, which I started in 2008, on the side, while training twice a day and raising two children. In 2018 I left my career to focus on it full time.

My data background shaped how we work. Pricing comes from market data, I check performance dashboards daily, and owners can see exactly how their property is doing.

I stay a step ahead by working harder than the next person and being transparent, including when things go wrong. Today we look after more than 300 properties across Malta and Gozo.
