Buena Vista Property Management is a family-run business that has been looking after owners’ properties since 2008. Based in Sliema, we manage more than 300 properties across Malta and Gozo, from single apartments to guesthouses and small hotels, guided by one principle: we treat every property as if it were our own.

Our services cover short-let, long-let, guesthouse and hotel management, alongside guaranteed-rent subletting, key holding and interior design. Our cleaning and maintenance teams are in-house rather than subcontracted, so owners deal with one accountable team and guests enjoy a consistent standard.

Technology is central to how we work. We designed our own property management system, which coordinates bookings, cleaning schedules and reporting, and gives owners a clear view of performance through a dedicated owner portal. Our pricing tools monitor comparable listings and local demand, while our guest travel companion app keeps visitors informed throughout their stay. Its AI assistant hands over to our team whenever a guest needs a person.

Behind the technology is a dedicated team of professionals: account managers who know each owner and property personally, a revenue management team and round-the-clock guest support. We also guide owners through Malta Tourism Authority licensing and regulatory requirements, so compliance is never an afterthought.
