I have accumulated a wealth of experience through my involvement in the banking, construction, real estate and hospitality sectors. I started my career in banking, holding both supervisory and lecturing roles. For over 30 years, I held managerial positions in the construction, real estate and hospitality fields and for two decades was director on, owning and operating companies connected to Westin Dragonara Hotel & Resort and The Marriott Hotel & Spa in St Julians. I acted as a NED for a few years for the Malta Communication Authority and as President of The Maltese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. I presently also sit as NED of Main Street Complex plc, VBL plc and Agora plc, whilst also consulting for owners of some major hospitality projects presently being developed on the Maltese Islands in collaboration with renowned international brands.
