I recently joined Maypole Holdings as Chief Operations Officer focusing on manufacturing, restaurants and business development both locally and abroad.

A chef by profession, I have over 25 years’ experience leading and motivating dynamic teams in multi-cultural environments within Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East, across the HoReCa and food manufacturing sectors. In past years I was General Manager at Gulf Bagel Ltd in Dubai, where I was responsible for developing new products and driving business growth.
