My career in the banking industry started with BOV International Ltd and BOV p.l.c., where I gained valuable experience in financial management. In 2007, I joined AX Group as Financial Controller and advanced to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2016. As CFO, I was responsible for ensuring the overall financial strategy and direction of the Group, managing the Group’s funding structure and liquidity, implementing new digital solutions to increase efficiency and growth, directing the Investor Relations Office, and serving as a member of the Executive Team.

Recently, I was appointed Managing Director of Finance and Administration, where I play a key role in shaping the Group's overall business strategy and aligning the finance and administration functions with the long-term vision. I am excited to bring my experience and expertise to this new role, and to continue driving the Group's success through financial leadership and strategic planning.
