Business Profile

My career commenced in the banking industry, during which time I pursued a degree from the Malta Institute of Accountants/ACCA. In 2007, I joined AX Group as Chief Financial Officer where my primary responsibilities involved the accounting and finance functions. In 2016 I was appointed as Group CFO – Chief Financial Officer – to ensure the overall financial strategy and direction of the Group, managing the Group’s funding structure and liquidity, implementing new digital solutions to increase efficiency and growth, directing the Investor Relations Office, and serving as a member of the Executive Team. I am a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In 2023 I was promoted to Managing Director Finance and Administration at AX Group, where I continue to hold a key role in shaping the Group's overall business strategy and aligning the finance and administration functions with our long-term vision. I am dedicated to driving the Group's success through adept financial leadership and strategic planning.
