I began my career in the maritime industry in 1994 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998, specialising in Maltese Taxation. I also hold a Diploma in Crew Management awarded by Lloyd's Maritime Academy.

With over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector, I have developed extensive expertise in ship and yacht registration, yacht customs importation, yacht leasing structures, vessel accounting, crew payroll and seafarer social security, crew management, company formation, and Maltese VAT and tax compliance. Throughout my career, I have served on the boards of various companies, supported clients in establishing ownership structures, and advised numerous businesses on tax-efficient frameworks aligned with Maltese regulations.

I am a committed and passionate maritime professional, known for my meticulous approach, technical expertise, and solution-oriented mindset. My objective is to understand each client's needs and provide tailored, high-quality services backed by deep industry knowledge.

I am a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Chamber of Commerce, the Malta Maritime Law Association, and the Malta Maritime Forum.
