Business Profile

I have practised law for the past 20 years, mainly in the corporate and financial services sectors. This included advice and assistance in international transactions relating to private equity, mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange listings, as well as the establishment of local regulated operations by international firms in the financial services, telecommunications and pharma sectors in particular. I lecture corporate law at the University of Malta and deliver presentations on foreign investment in Malta both locally and overseas.
