EMD Advocates is the legal arm of EMD, a multidisciplinary firm set up in 2000.
The firm’s legal practice is principally focused on financial services law, iGaming, corporate and commercial law, trust law, tax law, intellectual property law, aviation and aircraft registration, ship and yacht registration, pharmaceuticals, residence and immigration, employment law, media and entertainment law, property and construction law.
Together with the firm’s advisory arm, which provides services relating to company incorporation and administration services, tax and VAT consultancy, and compliance, as well as payroll, accounting and book-keeping services, we seek to provide our clients with a holistic service geared towards understanding their requirements and providing solutions to meet and surpass their expectations. Through its associated companies, the firm also provides services in the fields of translations and information technology, as well as trustee and co-trustee services. Our offices at the Valletta Waterfront also house the offices of the Honorary Consulate of Mexico.
The firm’s five partners are supported by a team of professionals in the legal, tax and accounting fields.
