As Managing Shareholder, I contribute to enhancing client organisations' operational resilience by supporting regulatory compliance and robust risk frameworks. This role allows me to lead diverse initiatives, including providing independent risk oversight for funds and investment vehicles authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Supplementing my corporate contributions, I serve as a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta, where I blend practical experience with academic rigour to deliver courses on advanced risk and compliance management. These dual roles reflect my commitment to fostering ethical leadership, improving governance standards, and empowering organisations to navigate regulatory landscapes effectively. I also hold several Risk Management and IC committee member roles. With my vast financial services experience of 30 years, I can provide consultancy to companies in Malta and the EU and abroad. My lecturing experience allows me to be invited to lecture on Risk Management, Compliance, Regulation, Insurance, Governance and now also ERM. This is due to my reading for a PhD on ERM with the Department of Insurance at the University of Malta.
