I stepped into the realm of our family business at the age of 20, driven by a strong desire to make a significant impact. Working closely with my brother, we pioneered the wine division of our company, transforming it into the industry leader it is today. Alongside my academic pursuits, I embarked on extensive travels, immersing myself in diverse cultures to satiate my hunger for knowledge and expanding my professional network.

In 2018, fueled by our passion for hospitality, we ventured into a new domain by inaugurating our flagship restaurant, Fernando. Within a mere five years, we achieved the prestigious Michelin Star, a testament to our dedication and innovation. Building on this success, we unveiled our second venture, Onella, in 2022. Looking ahead to 2024, we are gearing up to introduce an exciting new concept in Naxxar, further enriching our portfolio of offerings.
