Business Profile

As Project Manager, I am responsible for the success of a construction project. Thus, I oversee every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. I also ensure that timeframe targets and budgets are met.

In my role of Quantity Surveyor, I manage the costs on a construction project, help ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget and also price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. In addition, I prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
