Currently Chief Operating Officer at Retail Marketing Ltd, the company behind 'Welbee's Supermarkets,' I strategically oversee all operational aspects of the group’s supermarkets. Leveraging my expertise in process re-engineering, strategic planning, customer service and business development, I am also set on driving the digital transformation of the company. My goal is to establish Welbee's Supermarket as the leading local grocery brand on the island by ensuring efficient operations and delivering a unique shopping experience.
