I am an Executive Director and second-generation owner of the Laferla Group of Companies.

Since joining the family business in 2016, I have gained hands-on experience across several core areas of the organisation. I began my career in client-facing roles within both the Personal Lines Underwriting and Claims departments, before moving into a management position as Assistant General Manager. These formative years provided valuable insight into the company’s operations and laid the foundation for my progression into a leadership role. Today, I serve on the Group’s Board of Directors.

My primary technical responsibilities include the oversight and day-to-day management of Laferla’s Personal Lines Insurance function. I am also directly involved in several other business areas across the Group, extending beyond insurance into broader operational and strategic initiatives.
