Business Profile

I am Chief People and Administration Officer at St John’s Co-Cathedral. With nearly 30 years of HR and Finance experience, I have gained extensive knowledge in the fields of strategic management and am passionate about helping people within the organisation to become the best version of themselves.

I started my career in the Accounts Department of a courier company before moving to a marketing agency. There, I was given the responsibility of setting up both the Accounting and Human Resources Departments. In no time, I was promoted to CFO and Human Resources Manager of the same marketing agency, where I served for 17 years. During that time, I also did freelance work, helped set up a Boutique Digital and Magazine Agency while also serving as a Company Secretary in the said companies.

In my current role as CPO, I have been entrusted with setting up the HR Department from the ground up and managing the day-to-day visitor operation. I have been successful in achieving the FHRD Quality Mark and NCPE Equality Mark.

I hold a Masters in Business Administration (MBA Executive) specialising in Human Resources and a Diploma in Management, both from the University of Malta. I also hold MQF level 5 and 7 degree in Employment Law.
