Business Profile
I am a certified Executive Coach and Mentor accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner. I am also a Belbin Team Role Facilitator. I have coached executives and C-Suite members from various sectors such as health, education, finance, IT, pharma, public entities and NGOs. I draw on over 20 years of top management experience in different economic sectors to provide support to executives and their teams.
My focus is on leadership and team coaching and training to support organisations in building high-performance teams. I have developed the TeamXLTM framework, which combines coaching and training, to design tailor-made team interventions based on the latest research findings on high performance teams. I use a systemic approach to team coaching to ensure that teams develop their capacity and capabilities in alignment with organisational needs, taking all stakeholders into account.
I also support leadership development through individual executive and group coaching together with open online training programmes. Training topics range from resolving conflict to increasing employee engagement and leading with emotional intelligence. When coaching individual executives, my philosophy is to address the person as a whole rather than the challenges being faced, helping them discover their potential, overcome their barriers and achieve their goals.
In pursuing my mission to support leaders and their teams, I believe in collaborating with other coaches and training providers to bring different strengths to the design and implementation of developmental interventions.
