I am the Group Chief Financial Officer for Debono Holdings Co Ltd and Member of the Group Executive Committee. I have full responsibility for the administration, finance, control, financial planning, treasury and cash flow management, tax, reporting and compliance of the Group. Previously, I was Group CEO and CFO of a group acquired by an Anglo/American private equity fund in Milan and London. Prior to that, in my 30 years’ career, I worked for many years in USA, Brazil, UK and in almost all European countries as Global/Group CFO, and held C-level positions for multinational groups in manufacturing, logistics distribution and services sectors. I also have extensive expertise in restructuring, reorganisation, turnover and M&A. I speak Italian, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
