I am a Headhunter and Talent Advisor, specialising in C – level and executive level, finance and accounting, investment and operations, risk and analysis, legal, compliance, MLRO/AML appointments.

All search mandates start from a blank page, fully tailored to each client’s particular needs and modus operandi, followed by a thorough market mapping, where top performers are identified and assessed against the client’s requirements. The headhunting exercise, where appropriate, is not exclusively limited to the assigned jurisdiction, but can include competitive jurisdictions, especially when headhunting within niche areas, where the local talent pool is limited.

Outside work, I am the Vice President of Training and Partnerships for JCI Malta, an NGO focused on developing and creating the leaders of tomorrow.
