Business Profile

I currently head KPMG in Malta’s Advisory function, one of the broadest and deepest multi-disciplinary teams on the island. My career has seen me assist clients in successfully raising debt and equity finance and in valuing shares and businesses. I am regularly involved in business negotiations and have a lead role in the firm’s Merger and Acquisition service offering. My engagement portfolio has led me to work at the heart of strategy within organisations, helping them throughout the process of considering strategic options, articulation of plans and their subsequent implementation and monitoring. I actively promote entrepreneurship, support early stage companies, and have been a Past Chairperson of the JA Malta Foundation (previously Young Enterprise) Board. Over the past years I have also travelled alongside several family businesses supporting them as they navigate their succession journey.
