I joined the Bank in 1984 and, throughout my career, have occupied various roles within the organisation, across both the retail network and other corporate functions. My responsibilities spanned recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, career development, talent management as well as employee and industrial relations.
As Chief People & Culture Officer, I am responsible for developing and executing an HR strategy in support of the Bank’s overall business plan and strategic direction. I am also responsible for succession planning, talent, and change management, as well as the management of healthy working relationships with key stakeholder groups representing the Bank’s employees.
