I am an Executive Director on the Board of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. and hold the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer. I previously held the position of Head of Strategy and Regulatory Affairs at BOV Asset Management Limited, of which I’m also a Board Member.

I also sit on the Executive Committee, the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee and chair the Product Governance and Pricing Committee of BOV. I am the Chair of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Asset Management Limited and BOV Fund Services Limited.

I’m also a member of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of MAPFRE MSV Life p.l.c., a member of the board of the European Savings and Retail Banking Group, a member of the Banking Supervision Committee of the European Banking Federation and a member of the WSBI-ESBG Task Force on AML.
