With over two decades of experience in the travel industry and an MBA from the Institute of Tourism Studies, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our family-run business, Planit Travel Services. Over the years, Planit has evolved into a Travel Management Company with a strong focus on corporate travel services, particularly in Northern Africa. Additionally, Planit proudly represents a number of airlines, further enhancing our ability to serve clients with comprehensive travel solutions.

In my role, I help the company navigate the dynamic challenges of the industry, from advancing digital technologies and shifting consumer trends to embracing sustainability and rising online competition. Fostering a customer-centric culture is at the core of my work, ensuring that our clients’ needs and experiences are always prioritised.
