Keith Laferla is Joint-Managing Director (MD) of Laferla, a leading Maltese insurance provider, as well as a Director of Digimed, a telemedicine ecosystem built in Malta.

At the company, together with his macro responsibilities as MD, he heads the health and life insurance operation, which enjoys a considerable and growing market share in Malta. The company has now grown to become a leading provider for expat health insurance and a major provider of employee benefits insurance schemes.

“My main duties include business and product development, ensuring that Laferla remains at the forefront of the market with respect to customer service and product offering,” he says.

Mr Laferla is also involved in business development on other lines of business, such as personal lines and business insurance, as well as handling special projects. “I also have a special interest in insurance packages for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals,” he notes.
