Business Profile

As the founder of Vassallo Group, I led the group as Managing Director and later as Chairman between 1967 and the end of 2021, when I passed on the baton to my children.

The business focused on construction in the early years. However, I diversified its portfolio by entering various sectors including hospitality, elderly care, disability, property development, management, catering, energy and education.

Following the devastation caused by World War II, Vassallo Group, which today employs about 1900 individuals, embarked on a mission to ‘rebuild the nation’, and we have never looked back since.

Over the years, the Group diversified its operations, bringing about expansion and investment. Today, it stands at the forefront of several sectors in the local market.
