Business Profile

I am the Managing Director of Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited and Non-Executive Director of Hili Ventures Limited.

I have been involved in the financial services industry for over 25 years. In 2002 I co-founded Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited after having served as finance and compliance manager, as well as investment and sales director, of a listed local financial services company in Malta. I also sit on the investment committee of Merill SICAV plc, as well as Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd. I presently chair the Audit Committee of Hili Ventures Limited.

Prior to moving to the financial services sector, I spent six years managing a family catering business. I also served as a director of Premier Capital plc, which is the franchisee of McDonalds in Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Greece and Romania, and headed the audit committee of the same company.
